Paul Fair is currently the Vice President, Chief IP Counsel and Associate General Counsel at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Paul is responsible for managing and administering the company's global patent portfolio and internal and external patent teams. Paul's expertise includes counseling on various legal issues related to intellectual property, such as patent prosecution and litigation. Prior to their current role, Paul held positions at FMC Corporation and law firms Kenyon & Kenyon LLP and Sughrue Mion PLLC. Paul is also an Executive Committee Member at the Association of Corporate Patent Counsel (ACPC). Paul obtained their JD from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law.
