René Hemsey

Ms. Hemsey has been our Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources for Church & Dwight since February 2020, prior to which she served as Vice President, Human Resources since 2017. From 2009 – 2017, she lead the Human Resources Business Partners function for Church & Dwight as Director, Human Resources.

Ms. Hemsey has been with Church & Dwight since 2001, and served in a series of progressively responsible roles in both Ewing HQ and our North Brunswick plant, and acted as interim head of HR in 2016.

Prior to Church & Dwight, Ms. Hemsey served in several capacities within Human Resources at Dragoco, Inc. (Symrise), a flavor & fragrance chemicals company from 1990 – 2001 and worked for a small aviation company from 1989 – 1990.
