Theresa Whitehead

Theresa Whitehead has a strong background in Human Resources. Theresa began their career at Carter Wallace, where they served as the Manager of Staffing & Development. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment strategies and employee relations for a workforce of 1000. After their time at Carter Wallace, Theresa joined Church & Dwight Co., Inc. in 2006, initially as the Talent Acquisition Manager. In this position, they developed and managed a centralized talent acquisition function, implementing recruitment processes and tools to attract top candidates. Later, at Church & Dwight Co., Inc., Theresa served as the Head of HR Service Delivery, overseeing the delivery of HR services. In 2019, they took on the role of Talent Operations Manager, focusing on talent management and operations. Theresa'sextensive experience in HR and talent acquisition make their a valuable asset to any organization.
