DeAndrea Johnson currently serves as the Human Resources Coordinator at Church Health, a position held since August 2022. Previously, DeAndrea had a distinguished career in the United States Air Force from June 2015 to September 2022, working as a Program Support Manager and Electronic Warfare Systems Craftsman, with responsibilities including ensuring OSHA safety compliance and managing various safety programs. Additionally, DeAndrea was a Wellness Advocate, conducting wellness checks and leading employee resource groups. In April 2022, DeAndrea briefly worked as a Regional Field Recruiter for LeafFilter Gutter Protection, conducting interviews and managing candidates in the hiring process across multiple locations. DeAndrea holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Louisville, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bellevue University, and an Associate of Science in Avionic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
