Alan S. Ogilvie

Alan Ogilvie joined Church Mutual in 2015. In 2016, he and his colleagues founded CM Vantage Specialty Insurance Company. He was promoted to president – subsidiaries in February 2020 with overall responsibility for Church Mutual’s subsidiaries, including CM Vantage, CM Regent, CM Select and Wausau MedMal Management Services. He moved to his current role in May of 2021.

Ogilvie has a bachelor of business administration degree in 1987 (majoring in risk management and insurance) and a juris doctor degree (1990), both from the University of Wisconsin — Madison.

He has been a member of the Property Casualty Insurance Association Executive Advisory and Legal and Government Affairs committees, the Wisconsin Insurance Security Fund board of directors, the Wisconsin Insurance Alliance board of directors and the Wisconsin Property and Casualty Advisory Council.

Ogilvie is a member of United Methodist Church in Madison, Wisconsin.
