Lance Baker

Lance Baker, CIC, ARM, is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Regional Representative at Church Mutual Insurance Company since July 2012, focusing on sales, service, and risk management for religious nonprofit organizations in Northern Nebraska. Prior to this role, Lance was an Independent Livestock Insurance Claims Consultant from February 2011 to August 2012 and spent nearly two decades at The Hartford, where responsibilities included managing a nationwide specialty claims department and directly engaging with clients to ensure fair claims processing. Lance's early career included a role as a Graduate Assistant in research at Purdue University, and educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business from Purdue University and West Texas A&M University, respectively.
