Donna Carlile is the Founder of Sacred Humility LLC, a spiritual venture focused on guiding individuals in their spiritual growth, effective October 2023. With extensive experience in pastoral leadership since August 2000 at Lake Worth Church of the Nazarene, Donna holds positions as both Pastor and Ordained Elder. Recognized for remarkable contributions in spiritual care, Donna serves as the Florida District Church of the Nazarene Chaplaincy Director and is a Board Certified Chaplain through the Association of Professional Chaplains. Donna's accolades include the 2020 Nazarene Theological Seminary Good News Alumni Award and the 2018 Florida Hospice and Palliative Care Association Award of Clinical Excellence. Also, experience spans various chaplain roles in hospice and palliative care settings, contributing to multiple healthcare organizations. Donna's educational journey includes ongoing doctoral studies in Spiritual Formation and Spiritual Direction at Fuller Theological Seminary, complemented by multiple degrees in ministry, healthcare leadership, and religious studies.
