Mark Geissbauer is an experienced professional who currently serves as the Executive Pastor at Church of the Open Door and Founder and International Director of Kickoff to Hope. Mark has previous experience as an Executive Pastor at The Chapel, Business & Operations Director at The Chapel Consulting Group, Director of Professional Sports at SRS e.V., General Manager at Cleveland City Stars and Cascade Surge. Mark holds a Master of Arts in Intercultural Leadership from Columbia International University and a HND + HNC in Business and Finance Management from the University of East London.

Churches come in all different flavors, sizes and styles.
