Chalyce W. has over 25 years of experience in business systems analysis and management, currently serving as the Director of Business Systems Analysis at Church Pension Group since December 2011. In this role, Chalyce leads a team of 11, driving innovation and efficiency in project delivery while managing cross-functional communication and Scrum ceremonies for over 60 participants. Previous positions include Senior Business Systems Analyst, where Chalyce improved HR process relationships, and a Business Analyst focused on application support. Chalyce participated in a merit-based fellowship at Correlation One and held significant roles at Reader's Digest, Duke University, and Sponsors for Educational Opportunity. Chalyce holds a BA in Spanish and Sociology from Wesleyan University and advanced degrees in Guidance and Counseling from The College of New Rochelle.
