Ellen M. Taggart

Ellen Taggart has extensive experience in finance and project management, currently serving as the Vice President of the Project Management Office at The Church Pension Group since 2004. Prior to this role, Ellen worked as a Consultant at JMT & Associates from October 2002 to September 2004, and held senior finance positions at The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation from 1987 to June 2002, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Finance. Ellen earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Maryland between 1983 and 1987.
