Ni Jin

Ni Jin, CPA, CMA, MBA, is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and accounting. Currently serving as a Business Analyst for the Church Pension Group since 2010, Ni Jin has excelled in formulating annual budgets, conducting variance analysis, and leading cost/value studies that have achieved significant cost reductions. Previously, Ni Jin held the position of Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst at Omnicom/Bernard Hodes Group, where responsibilities included managing FP&A functions, improving monthly closing processes, and automating systems for increased efficiency. Early career experience includes serving as Accounting Manager at ImaginAsian Entertainment Inc., where Ni Jin established an accounting department and resolved financial reporting issues. Educational credentials include an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Engineering from Donghua University.
