Patricia S. Favreau

Patricia S. Favreau is the EVP & Chief Communications Officer at Church Pension Group. Patricia has over 20 years of experience in marketing and strategic communications.

Patricia began their career at New York Life Insurance Company, where they served as the Chief Marketing Officer for U.S. Life & Annuity. In this role, they led a staff of 70 and managed a $15M budget. Patricia was responsible for new market development, niche marketing, sales force communications, new product launches and product positioning, marketing collateral and campaigns, customer relationship management, and strategic planning / lead generation. Patricia also forged strategic marketing alliances and led the corporate-wide innovation program.

In 2005, they left New York Life to become the President of Redscout, a strategic consulting firm. At Redscout, they collaborated with the Founder/CEO on all aspects of business management, including strategic planning, brand stewardship, new business development, financial forecasting and talent management. Patricia also led strategic consulting projects for blue chip clients such as Pepsico, Diageo, Johnson & Johnson and Nickelodeon. During their time at Redscout, they oversaw the growth of the firm and positioned it for outside investment/acquisition.

In their current role as EVP & Chief Communications Officer at Church Pension Group, Patricia is responsible for leading the organization's communications strategy and executing its initiatives across all channels.

Patricia S. Favreau received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Amherst College and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law. Patricia also completed an Administrative Fellowship Program at Harvard University.
