Norma Abeyasekera

Norma is the Executive Director of Shared Services. She joined the Churches of Christ team in April 2022. An experienced business leader, Norma has led diverse teams of professionals in a variety of highly competitive industries for over 16 years. With extensive change and transformation experience and expertise, she guides their People Services, Communications and Marketing, and Information Technology support services. Norma has a deep conviction to serve in ways that support the most vulnerable in their communities, and is a specialist in translating strategic objectives into on-the-ground deliverables that provide this support.
