David Baird

David is a Paralegal at Churchill Asset Management, an affiliate of Nuveen. David supports Churchill in day-to-day matters of corporate governance, fund formation, and securities law. He also provides pipeline support for the Senior Lending and Junior Capital & Private Equity Solutions teams. Prior to joining Churchill, David served as a corporate paralegal at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. He has also worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP.

David graduated from Amherst College in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in English. He also holds a Masters of Science from Columbia University in Sports Management.
