Fraser Hahn

Fraser joined Churchill Asset Management in 2023 as an Associate in the Private Equity and Junior Capital group, where he is responsible for sourcing, executing and monitoring investments across mezzanine debt, equity co-investments and fund commitments. Previously, Fraser served as an Associate with Lazard Frères & Co. where he focused on pitching, securing and executing M&A advisory engagements across the Consumer, Food & Retail sectors. Prior to his time at Lazard Frères & Co., Fraser was an associate with Citizen Bank’s Aerospace, Defense & Government Services team where he advised on a variety of strategic alternatives including acquisitions and debt financings. Prior to Citizens Bank, Fraser was a senior consultant with Ernst & Young’s Risk Advisory group.

Fraser graduated from Clemson University in 2016 with a B.S. in Finance.
