Joseph McShane

Joe joined Churchill Asset Management in 2022 where he currently serves as a Vice President in the underwriting and portfolio management group with over twelve years of experience in senior lending and middle market leveraged finance. Previously, Joe held various roles at JPMorgan, where he was most recently a Vice President in the middle market banking division focused on originating and structuring transactions for private equity and venture capital backed corporate borrowers within the for-profit healthcare sector. Prior to that, he was a Vice President within the Investment Bank at JPMorgan working with the healthcare, consumer, and retail credit group, where he was primarily focused on leveraged finance transactions with both large and mid-cap healthcare corporate borrowers.

Joe graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in Political Science.
