Michael Chiulli

Michael Chiulli, CFA, CPA, is a highly experienced finance professional currently serving as Managing Director and Principal of Private Equity & Junior Capital at Churchill Asset Management since January 2020. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at TIAA from June 2014 to December 2019, including Principal and Associate in Private Equity & Junior Debt, where investments focused on subordinated debt, direct equity co-investments, and middle-market funds. Michael's earlier experience includes an Associate role in the Senior Leveraged Lending Group and a Summer Associate position at Standard & Poor's. Michael began a career in finance at KPMG, where a Senior Associate role was held from October 2009 to July 2012. Michael earned an MBA in Capital Markets & Asset Management from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Fairfield University.
