Andrew Liveris is an Operating Partner with extensive management and operating experience in the chemicals sector. Mr. Liveris is the former Chairman and CEO of Dow Chemical. During his tenure, Mr. Liveris orchestrated Dow’s merger of equals with DuPont, creating the world’s largest publicly traded chemicals company and was responsible for the planning and implementation of splitting the merged DowDuPont into three separate companies. Mr. Liveris serves on the Board of Directors of Saudi Aramco, IBM and Novonix. He previously served as Co-Chair of President Obama’s Advanced Manufacturing Steering Committee and a member of the U.S. President’s Export Council. Mr. Liveris is a former Executive Committee Member and past Chairman of the U.S. Business Council. Mr. Liveris is on the board of the U.S.-India Strategic Partnership Forum and serves as Co-Chair of the Saudi-U.S. CEO Forum. Mr. Liveris has experience with over thirty acquisitions and divestitures worth over $100 billion. Mr. Liveris graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering in 1975.
