Charles Phillips

Charles Phillips is an Operating Partner with extensive leadership in the software and financial services sectors. Phillips is the former CEO/Chairman of Infor and President of Oracle and was Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and served on its board. He currently serves on the boards of American Express, ViacomCBS, Compass, the Council of Foreign Relations. He is the Chairman of the Apollo Theater. He is also the Co-Chair and Co-founder of the Black Economic Alliance. Before his business career, he served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps with the 10th Marines. Phillips also served on President Obama’s Economic Recovery Board and is a member of the Georgia State Bar.
