Fredric Rosen is an Operating Partner with extensive management and operating experience in the consumer technology and entertainment sectors. Mr. Rosen is the former President and CEO of Ticketmaster which, from 1982 to 1998, he grew into one of the world’s leading and most successful computerized ticketing companies. Mr. Rosen currently serves as the President and CEO of Red Carpet Entertainment, which he founded. Mr. Rosen serves on the Board of King World Productions, MediaLive International, WillScot Corporation, and Diamond Eagle Acquisition Corp and on the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and served on the Board of Trustees of the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts. Mr. Rosen graduated from Clark University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1965 and received a Juris Doctor degree from the Brooklyn Law School in 1969.

Chairman and CEO Jerre Stead joined the Clarivate team and together they will pursue future organic growth and M&A opportunities.
