Heather Booden Gallagher

Heather Booden Gallagher is an experienced professional in the engineering and construction industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Inspector at Churchill Consulting Engineers since April 2018, Heather previously held the position of Construction Inspector at IH Engineers, PC from August 2014 to April 2018. Prior to that, Heather worked at NJDOT as a Construction & Maintenance Tech from 2002 to 2010 and gained early experience as a Business Manager at Kiewit from February 2000 to December 2002.
