Bob Weaver

Bob Weaver's work experience includes various roles in supply chain management and procurement. Bob currently serves as the Vice President of Sourcing at Churchill Downs Incorporated starting from 2022. Previously, they held the position of Vice President of Supply Chain and Fleet Management at USIC / Partners Group P.E. from 2020 to 2022. At Erie Insurance Group, they served as the Vice President of Sourcing & Vendor Management from 2014 to 2020, where they transformed the organization to be more strategic. Bob also has experience as the Director of Supply Chain at CarDon & Associates, Director of Purchasing at Finish Line, and Director of Purchasing at Lone Star Industries. Bob'searlier career included roles as the Material Manager at Alfa Laval and Supply Chain Analyst at GE Transportation Rail.

Bob Weaver, CPSM graduated from Penn State University in 1992 with a Bachelor's degree in Management, specializing in Economics. Prior to that, they attended Mercyhurst Prep from 1985 to 1987 and obtained a General Diploma.
