In 2018, they transitioned to Churchill Downs Incorporated, where they held roles as a Senior Internal Auditor, Senior Accountant, and currently as the Senior Director of Accounting. Caitlin's experience spans auditing, accounting, and leadership positions, highlighting their expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
