Jayne Jenkins BSc. PCC has a comprehensive work experience with various roles and responsibilities. Jayne started their career at Sanofi - Aventis Pharma Limited, where they worked as a Sales and Training professional, delivering healthcare solutions and exceeding sales targets. Jayne then joined AstraZeneca, where they held multiple positions, including District Sales Manager, Strategic Brand Planning Manager, and Regional Sales Director. Their responsibilities included leadership development, team coaching, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Jayne also served as President & Board Member at the Healthcare Business Woman's Association FL, focusing on leadership and team development. Currently, they are the CEO of Churchill Leadership Group, leading a global coaching organization that offers executive coaching, team coaching, and building internal coaching capability.

Jayne Jenkins BSc. PCC has a diverse educational background related to coaching, leadership development, and organizational leadership. Jayne holds a BSc in Chemistry from Aston University in England, obtained in 1989. Additionally, they studied Chemistry, Physics, Math, and Biology at King Edwards VI College in England from 1984 to 1986.

In terms of coaching and leadership development, Jayne has several certifications and qualifications. Jayne is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), receiving this certification in 2016.
