Martyn Jenkins

Martyn Jenkins has over 30 years of work experience in business development and leadership roles. Martyn is currently serving as the VP of Business Development at Churchill Leadership Group, where they lead a team of executive coaches in providing leadership development solutions. Prior to this, Martyn worked as an IMS Account Director at IMS Health and as a Regional Account Director at SDI. Martyn also held the role of Group Director of Client Management at VERISPAN, LLC, where they achieved sales goals and developed talent in the account management team. Martyn has a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked at companies like ARKLIGHT SYSTEMS, LLC and Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals in various sales, marketing, and training roles. Martyn started their career as a Sales Manager at Rhone Poulenc Rorer in the UK.

Martyn Jenkins obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Applied Biology from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, where they attended from 1981 to 1985.
