Tracy Phillips

Tracy Phillips is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of expertise in strength performance coaching and development, currently serving as Managing Director at Resonate International since December 2015. Tracy holds multiple roles, including Global Faculty at SNP Communications and Leadership and Team Coach at Churchill Leadership Group. With a robust background in Learning and Development, Tracy previously managed regional training for Microsoft Advertising, where initiatives included the creation of a Global Leadership Development Program. Tracy’s earlier experience at Microsoft MSN involved culture change initiatives across several global regions, and a tenure at Accenture focused on human performance management for Fortune 500 clients. Tracy earned a Master of Arts in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University.
