Chris David Lingley Bowers is an experienced design professional with a diverse background in architecture and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Design Manager at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd since August 2015, Bowers has previously held roles such as Senior Architectural Designer and Design Manager within the same company. Prior to that, Bowers worked at Colony Architects as an Architectural Technologist and Heritage Consultant, as well as at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew as an Asset Manager, and at MRDA Architects as a Senior Architectural Technologist, focusing on conservation and rehabilitation. Early career experience at RVM and Associates as a Project Manager and Artchart Architecture as an Architectural Designer further solidified a comprehensive skill set in residential and mixed-use schemes. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Architectural Conservation and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, both from the University of Plymouth.
