Kate Pullen

Kate Pullen started their work experience in 2013 at Farrow & Ball, where they held various roles including Travel Co-ordinator, HR Administrator, HR Advisor, People Operations Team Manager, and finally, People & Development Partner. Kate worked there until 2022. In 2023, they joined Churchill Retirement Living Ltd as a Senior HR Business Partner before being promoted to Head of Human Resources.

Kate Pullen obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Geography from Lancaster University, which they attended from 2003 to 2006. In 2014 to 2015, they pursued a CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Practice Level 3 at Bournemouth & Poole College. Additionally, in 2017, they completed a CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Management Level 5 at the same college.
