Mandie Wales

Mandie Wales has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Mandie began their career in 1990 as a Principal Lab Technician at Amersham International/ Eastman-Kodak/ Johnson & Johnson Clinical Diagnostics. Mandie then worked as a Technical Specialist at EZEM from 1994 to 1998 before transitioning to an Office Administrator role at The Warmer Group from 2004 to 2005. Mandie then joined the NHS as a Senior Administrator from 2005 to 2017. During this time, they gained extensive experience in administrative tasks.

In 2017, they joined both MCCARTHY & STONE RETIREMENT LIFESTYLES LIMITED and Carlauren Group. At MCCARTHY & STONE RETIREMENT LIFESTYLES LIMITED, they served as a Personal Assistant to the Construction Director. At Carlauren Group, they first worked as a PA to the Chairman & CEO, managing all aspects of their day-to-day administration. Later, they transitioned to the role of PA to the Construction Director & Office Manager, where they handled duties such as diary management, executive administration, and event planning.

Mandie's experience also includes their role as a PA to Emergency Department Consultants at University Hospitals Dorset from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they work as a PA to the Group Sales & Marketing Director at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd, a position they started in 2022.

Mandie Wales started their education in 1987 at Bournemouth and Poole College, where they pursued a degree in Biology. Mandie completed their A Level studies in Biology, General in 1989. Later, in 1991, they enrolled at the University of West London and studied Applied Biology, earning an HNC degree in 1993. In 2002, Mandie attended Queen Elizabeth's School in Wimbourne and obtained a GCSE in Psychology.
