Mel Platt

Mel Platt has extensive experience in governance and project management, currently serving in the Governance & Project Management Office at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd since December 2016. Previously, Mel held various roles including Portfolio Analyst and PMO Analyst at Kingfisher IT Services, where responsibilities included maintaining project portfolios, ensuring alignment with IT strategies, and providing insights through data analysis. Additional experience includes project coordination at Fitness First, project management at Chelsea & Westminster NHS Foundation Trust, and project support management at The Department of Health. Mel began a career as an Office Manager at Pathway Resourcing and holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from The University of Plymouth.
