Nick Wood is an experienced design and development professional with a robust background in architecture and project management. Currently serving as Design Manager at Churchill Living Ltd since August 2021, Nick focuses on maximizing development potential for retirement living schemes. Prior experience includes roles as Design Manager at Eric Wright Group, where Nick managed a variety of Design & Build projects, and Associate Director at IDP Group, specializing in residential developments. Previous positions include Development Manager at McCarthy & Stone, where Nick oversaw site development phases, and Associate at Triangle Architects, focusing on residential and healthcare projects. Nick's early career involved partnership at CJ Partnership and architectural assistant roles that laid the groundwork for a diverse and accomplished career in architecture and design, supported by a BA(Hons) and DipArch from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
