Ken Johnson is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in subscription-based eCommerce. As Co-founder and COO of Churn Buster since October 2015, Ken Johnson has focused on solving churn issues for clients by leveraging deep domain expertise and advanced capabilities. Prior to this, Ken Johnson co-founded and served as CEO of Manpacks from October 2009 to June 2015, where a pioneering subscription service for men's essentials was launched and successfully scaled to tens of thousands of subscribers. Ken Johnson's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Literature, Sociology, and Philosophy from the University of Vermont, along with studies at UC Irvine and The University of British Columbia.
