Doug Heatwole is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and quality assurance. Currently serving as a QA Engineer at ChurnZero since June 2022, Doug previously held the position of Customer Support Manager at Quorum from December 2021 to June 2022, following Quorum's acquisition of the GR/PAC segment from Cision. Doug's career began at Turf Valley in 1991, followed by roles at Renaissance Hotels, Carasella Software, Inc., Vocus, and Cision, where Doug excelled as Support Desk Manager, leading a team of support technicians and providing valuable training and mentorship.
