Lindsey Van Leuven - Chavez has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and fitness industries. Lindsey began their career in 2013 at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts as a Spa Trainer, where they worked until January 2017. During this time, they gained valuable experience in training and educating spa staff. In 2013, they also started working at The Grand Del Mar as a Spa Group Coordinator, a role they held until September 2017. Here, they were responsible for coordinating spa events and managing group bookings. In 2017, Lindsey joined Rancho Valencia as an Assistant Spa Manager, a position they held until September 2020. Their responsibilities included assisting in the management of the spa operations. Currently, Lindsey is working at Chuze Fitness, where they started in early 2021 as a Manager. Lindsey has since transitioned into the role of Risk & Compliance Administrator, where they focus on ensuring and maintaining compliance standards within the organization.
