CHX Performance are experts in people sustainability and humanised leadership - from the individual, through teams and whole organisations. Much of what people do, in any business, is driven by hard wired, biological processes, and understanding the relationship between mood, emotion and thought is fundamental to business success and growth in the modern era.

Our Scientist of Yourself® programmes give every participant a deep understanding of how to be at their best and every organisation a chance to modify and augment their culture at both team and at institutional levels - all through leadership and management coaching and development.

We believe we are facing a crisis of fit. The mismatch between our modern environments and the environments in which humans evolved has led to an epidemic of disengagement and withdrawal as well as well documents physiological and mental health problems.
