Drew Hahn

Drew Hahn has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Drew started their career as the Director of Marketing Services and Electronic Publications at New York University in 1998, where they launched the university's first fee-for-service in-house design firm and played a key role in developing the university's first web portal. In 2004, they left NYU to focus on their co-founded company, Newsroom Solutions.

At Newsroom Solutions, where they served as the Vice President and Co-Founder, Drew oversaw research and development, managed product development and service delivery strategy, and built relationships with vendors. Under their leadership, Newsroom Solutions became the leading provider of software, hardware, and service solutions for television news tickers and channel branding. In 2015, Newsroom Solutions was acquired by Chyron.

At Chyron, Drew has held various roles, showcasing their expertise in sales, customer success, product management, and sales engineering. As the Chief Growth Officer, they partner with cross-discipline teams to execute the company's commercial goals and manages the Americas sales team. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success, leading the division responsible for client adoption and renewal. Drew has also held the position of Vice President of Sales Engineering and Delivery, where they led technical efforts supporting marketing and sales, and the role of Director of Product Management, Graphics and Workflow, overseeing the product line's P&L and managing the product management team. Earlier in their tenure at Chyron, they were a Senior Product Manager, where they managed the integration of Newsroom Solutions' product line with ChyronHego's portfolio and provided support to account executives.

Drew Hahn attended New York University from 1994 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. Drew also participated in the Master of Arts (MA) program in the same field. In terms of additional certifications, Drew obtained various qualifications in different areas. In May 2012, they received their EMT-B certification from the New York State Department of Health. Additionally, they obtained several FEMA certifications, such as ICS-100 (Incident Command System), ICS-200 (ICS for Initial Action Incident), IS-700.a (National Incident Management System), and IS-800.b (National Response Framework) in August 2011. Drew also completed ICS-300 (Intermediate ICS for Expanding Incidents) certification from FEMA in April 2015. Moreover, they acquired Boating Safety certification from New York State Parks in July 2015 and USA Hockey: Coaching 8U - 10U certification from USA Hockey in November 2017. Lastly, they received Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls certification from LinkedIn in January 2021.
