Mohamed Ismail

Mohamed Ismail has extensive work experience in the finance and regulatory industry. Mohamed started their career at Grant Thornton International Ltd as an External Auditor, where they audited financial statements and analyzed balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Mohamed then worked at EFG Hermes and Video Cairo sat as a Senior Accountant, where they supervised teams and provided financial guidance and solutions. Mohamed also worked at the Financial Regulatory Authority FRA as a Senior Financial Inspector before joining CI Capital Holding as the Head of Compliance. In their role at CI Capital Holding, they administered and oversaw compliance and audit programs, provided regulatory advice and guidance, and developed and implemented corrective action plans.

Mohamed Ismail completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting from Cairo University from 1991 to 1995. Mohamed then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Governance from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are enrolled in a Doctor's Degree program in Finance and Financial Management Services at The Arab Academy For Management, Banking And Financial Sciences, starting from 2022.
