Hector Novoa

Hector Novoa is a Staff Mechanical Engineer currently working at C&I Engineering, where they oversee projects with a focus on mechanical design and management. With a background as a Plant Engineering Supervisor and Plant Engineer at Petroquímica de Venezuela S.A., they acquired extensive experience in the petrochemical industry, particularly in the fabrication and installation of major process equipment. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Civil Drafter and AutoCAD Programmer, developing automation solutions for engineering drawings. Hector holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad del Zulia, obtained in 2003.
