Katarzyna Sermanowicz-Giza, ACCA has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Katarzyna worked as a Director at Deloitte where they specialized in financial due diligence, carve-out operations, and vendor assistance. Katarzyna also served as the Financial Director at CI Games, overseeing cash flow management, budgeting, and reporting. Additionally, they started their career as an Analyst at The Recovery Group.

Katarzyna Sermanowicz-Giza, ACCA completed their MA in Finance and Banking from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie in 1998. Katarzyna later pursued the Advanced Management Program in Executive Education at IESE Business School from 2014 to 2015.
