Gilbert Broco, NCIDQ, IIDA has a comprehensive work experience starting in 2003. Gilbert has held various roles such as Design Department Supervisor at RUED Inc, Regional Manager at EMOZIONI BY OFW, Design Department Director at WORKPLACE SOLUTIONS INC, President Elect at IIDA North Florida Chapter, Vice President of Culture and Design at The CI Group, Vice President of Design & Operations, and Vice President of Culture and Design at CI Group. Currently, Gilbert is the Market President at CI Group, where they are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, building a strong company culture, providing leadership to the executive team, and implementing strategies for customer satisfaction. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in interior design, space planning, and project management, utilizing tools such as AutoCAD/CAP software. Gilbert Broco has a strong background in the design industry and has consistently taken on roles that involve strategic planning, leadership, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Gilbert Broco, NCIDQ, IIDA has a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Design Architecture from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Architecture. Gilbert obtained this degree from 1997 to 2002. In 2015, they also completed the Leadership Tampa Bay program. In addition to their education, they hold the certification of Florida License Interior Designer, which they obtained from the State of Florida in January 2013.

Founded in 1983, we have grown from 5 to over 50 employees servicing a customer base around the globe. The CI Group is headquartered in St. Petersburg, FL with seven locations around the United States including our new showroom in Tampa, Florida. Other U.S. locations include Deerfield Beach – Florida, Jacksonville – Florida, Columbia – South Carolina, Naperville – Illinois, and Rockville – Maryland. Our delivery, installation and project management capacity extends throughout the United States as we are the primary supplier for several national accounts, including Raymond James Financial. With our GSA Packaged Office and Navy BPA Contracts, we have an extensive past performance history with the Federal Government. We have been engaged on multiple projects by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of the Air Force, Department of the Army and Department of the Navy amongst others.
