Currently, Gilbert is the Market President at CI Group, where they are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, building a strong company culture, providing leadership to the executive team, and implementing strategies for customer satisfaction. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in interior design, space planning, and project management, utilizing tools such as AutoCAD/CAP software. Gilbert Broco has a strong background in the design industry and has consistently taken on roles that involve strategic planning, leadership, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Gilbert Broco, NCIDQ, IIDA has a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Design Architecture from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Architecture. Gilbert obtained this degree from 1997 to 2002. In 2015, they also completed the Leadership Tampa Bay program. In addition to their education, they hold the certification of Florida License Interior Designer, which they obtained from the State of Florida in January 2013.
