Since 2020, Claire has been a Team Systems Coach at the Global Team Coaching Institute and a Certified Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Coach with Positive Intelligence. As the Founder and CEO of ProSocial Dynamics, LLC, Claire focuses on enhancing organizational wellbeing through complex adaptive systems techniques. Additional roles include Executive Coaching at Forum Live and previously as an Executive/Team Coach at Managing Systems for Wellness, LLC. Claire's academic background includes a PhD in Organization Systems and Leadership Transformation from Saybrook University, and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from St. Michael's College.
