Paul D. Duba

Paul Duba, MPA, PCC, NCC, serves as the Leadership Circle Profile Certified at Leadership Circle since August 2024 and has been the Principal and Owner of Point-B Coaching since October 2011, focusing on enabling clients to find meaning and purpose in their lives. Duba is also a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach with Positive Intelligence since May 2023 and holds a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation since June 2020. As an Executive Coach with CI International, Inc., and a Program Manager, Course Director, and Staff Trainer at Outward Bound Professional, Veterans Programs since May 1986, Duba has extensive experience in corporate training and development. Additional roles include Adjunct Professor at Western State Colorado University, facilitator and educator at The Nature Place, and former facilitator for Action Learning Associates, LLC, along with a background in training and development consulting. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado Denver and a BS in Forestry from the University of Vermont.
