Victor Manuel Amador Luna is currently a predoctoral researcher at CIAL (CSIC-UAM) since October 2022, supported by the FPU-2021 grants from the Spanish Ministry of Universities. Previously, Victor held a temporary research laboratory technician position linked to the Yo Investigo Program, funded through NEXTGENERATIONEU. From November 2021 to September 2022, Victor served as an external collaborator professor in the Master's program in Environmental Technology at Universidad de Huelva and was an internal collaborator student in the SEJ-523 research group focusing on health and nutrition from September 2015 to September 2021. Victor's internship experience includes a position at Atlantic Copper in early 2020. Academically, Victor is pursuing a PhD in Food Sciences with a focus on bioactivity and analysis at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and holds multiple specializations and master's degrees in related fields from various institutions, including Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes and Universidad Internacional de Andalucía, along with undergraduate degrees in Geological Sciences and Environmental Sciences from Universidad de Huelva.
