Mohit Mmangal has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

MOHIT currently holds the position of Global Director, Central Operations at Cialfo, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at BirdEye as the Director of Global Customer Support from May 2020 to November 2022.

From 2016 to 2020, Mohit served as the Senior Director of Global Technical Support & Services at Sophos. During their tenure, they managed a team of 200+ employees, scaled up local support operations, and successfully executed services to meet service level agreements and quality requirements.

At Cisco Systems Inc., they held various roles from 2008 to 2016, including Sr. Manager of Technical Services and Manager of Technical Support. Mohit was instrumental in setting up the Global Technical Support Community Management team and a captive backbone Technical Assistance Centre. MOHIT also achieved significant cost savings during their time at Cisco.

Prior to Cisco, Mohit worked at Aricent Technologies as an Assistant Manager of Technical Support for Cisco TAC, managing a team of 30 engineers supporting enterprise customers in the US and UK.

Earlier in their career, Mohit served as an Operations Manager at Mphasis, where they set up contact center operations for Sprint telecom and managed a team of 60+ employees. MOHIT also gained experience as a Technical Support Engineer at EXL, providing customer service and technical support for Dell Inc.

Mohit started their career at NIIT as a Senior Executive of Business Development, focusing on sales and marketing, corporate training, and university partnerships. Before that, they worked as a System Engineer at ILPEA PARAMOUNT LIMITED and as a Paging Service Representative at Punwire Paging Services Ltd.

Mohit Mmangal obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management in 2012. Prior to that, they completed an Honours Diploma in Information Technology & System Management from NIIT between 2000 and 2002. MOHIT also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Kurukshetra University in 2000. Mohit Mmangal attended Vishwas Senior Secondary School in Hissar for their Senior School education in 1995, and they completed their Secondary School education at Sawan Public School in New Delhi in 1993.
