Rachel Zhang is an experienced professional in education and customer experience, currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager at Cialfo since July 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Project Partner at Pulse Branding from August 2021 to June 2023. As Asia Regional Manager for The National Society of High School Scholars from July 2019 to July 2021, Rachel established a China office and expanded a US-based education foundation into the Asian market, excelling in business development and multilingual communication. Earlier positions include overseeing the G9 English curriculum at SWWY International School and providing English language education at HKFYG Lee Shau Kee College.
