Van Hai Pham

Van Hai Pham, MBA, currently serves as the Growth & Partnership Manager for Cialfo in Vietnam, focusing on simplifying college and career counseling workflows. Previously, Van held the position of Operations Manager at Nisai Group, contributing to expanding access to international education in Vietnam. Van has also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Northern Arizona University's W. A. Franke College of Business and as a Sales and Customer Management Executive for the British Council, where Van achieved significant sales and retention milestones. Earlier experience includes serving as a Junior Operation Manager at Apax Leaders, managing daily operations and ensuring high customer service quality. Van earned an MBA from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Foreign Trade University.
