Michael Nalli

Michael Nalli is an experienced operational and human resources manager currently serving as the Operational Human Resources Manager at CIANBRO since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing diverse personnel functions for over 60 team members across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Previously, Michael Nalli served in various leadership roles in the U.S. Coast Guard from June 2001 to June 2021, including Commanding Officer of the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter ESCANABA, where oversight involved a team of 100 employees in international operations. Michael Nalli also held positions such as Senior Vice President of Human Capital and Executive Officer of multiple cutters, demonstrating expertise in human capital functions, mission execution, risk management, and operational planning. Michael Nalli holds an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BA in History from Stonehill College, supplemented by additional education through the U.S. Coast Guard Officer Candidate School and the School for International Training.
