Matteo Bilancioni began their work experience as an Administration Intern at Gente di mare in 2004. Matteo then worked as a Marketing Intern at StudiVZ in 2006, followed by a role as a Search Marketing Executive at DMC from 2007 to 2008. In 2007, they also worked as a Marketing Intern at Ultradia, where they were responsible for launching an AdWords Campaign in multiple languages. From 2008 to 2009, Matteo worked as an Online Media Consultant at Piano! - Brand Portal Group. Matteo then joined Simple Agency, where they served as a Digital Marketing Consultant from 2009 to 2011, and later as a Digital Marketing Manager from 2012 to 2017. Currently, they are the CEO & Founder of Ciaodino, where they focus on Business Development in the areas of sales, strategy, and organization.

Matteo Bilancioni's education history begins with their Bachelor's degree in Business and Management from Università Bocconi, which they pursued from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master's of Science in Marketing Management from the same university, which they completed from 2005 to 2007. During this period, they also attended Copenhagen Business School for a year, where they specialized in Strategic Market Creation.
