Adel D. is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in various sectors, including manufacturing and IT servicing. Currently serving as a Strategic HR Business Partner at CIB Bank, Adel is passionate about leading change initiatives and fostering engagement within organizations. Previously, as a People Services Team Lead at Getronics, Adel established an internal People Services team and implemented numerous successful programs, including a hybrid working model and a Wellbeing and Employee Assistance Program.
