Bálint Horváth has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Bálint started their career at K&H Bank as a Compensation, Benefit, and HR planning Intern in 2013. Bálint then joined Egis Pharmaceuticals PLC in 2014, where they worked as an HR Controlling and Compensation Intern. Bálint later became a Junior Compensation Associate and eventually a Compensation Associate. In 2017, Bálint moved to CIB Bank, where they started as a Business Development Manager and worked their way up to become the Business Development Lead. Bálint also served as a Product Owner and is currently the Head of Current Account and Transaction Products.
Bálint Horváth completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Human Resources from Corvinus University of Budapest from 2012 to 2015.
